Staff
The dedicated staff team mentor individuals using a “person centered approach” to enable them to enjoy the type of activity they choose. We encourage and support people throughout the day and adapt the daily programme of events and outings to suit people’s needs and interests.
Many of our staff are trained and experienced in their field of expertise i.e. animal husbandry, art degrees, specialist communication, care qualifications together with mandatory training. We are not registered to provide intimate personal care; staff support service users if they have needs of this nature and hold accredited training to administer medication.
